At The Movie Buff, we’ve been lucky enough to have been able to watch several films from B22 Films over the last several years, as well as talk to some of their talent via interview. While B22 head Brett Bentman usually centers his films on modern Westerns such as “The Rodeo Thief” or the recently-released “Outlaw’s Buckle,” his recent feature “Buckskin” showed Bentman is good at period pieces too, setting his film in the Texan fur-trapping era of 1820.

We were fortunate enough to catch up with four of the members of B22 Films recently: Director Brett Bentman, Producer Tiffany Bentman, and actors Billy Blair and Tom Zembrod, the latter two who appeared in “Buckskin,” which we recently reviewed.

In the following interview, we talk to Brett, Tiffany, Billy, and Tom about their experience making “Buckskin,” indie films in the age of Covid, Brett’s upcoming feature “Meteor,” and more.

You can watch the interview in the window below on YouTube, or click and watch on YouTube directly. Please remember to like and subscribe to our channel to support the site and indie film. Thank you and enjoy the show!
