A new independent, short film titled “The Park” is now available to watch on YouTube from Director Armando Ronquillo.

The film, which Ronquillo states is a look into what a guy misconstrues about his date on a beautiful day, is a sequel to his first film, “Bobo,” which was picked up by the El Rey Network, an English language, Latino-infused entertainment network (elreynetwork.com).

Stated Ronquillo, [“The Park”] is actually part autobiographical, as I once went on a date and realized my date was on drugs. This little movie means a lot to me because I was able to turn a bad experience into something great with the group of people I made this movie with, and I hope people who have been having trouble creating something realize they can just pick a memory from their own lives and turn it around make it something fun to watch and laugh about it.”

“The Park” is directed by Ronquillo, and co-wrote by Ronquillo and Andrew Leslie. It stars Brandon Ronquillo, Rachell Aguilar, Brydie Hardwick, Trevor Huckabee, Tyler Valentine, Natayla Muzquiz, Mya Vasquez, and Gilbert Diaz, and is produced by Turtle Moon Films and Talented Slackers.
