    Buff Recipes: Cold Cucumber Soup

    In these times of isolation, its imperative to eat healthy! Fans of Seinfeld know the notorious Soup Nazi—so we’re trying our hand at some of his recipes.

    These are delicious and low-calorie meals that are easy to make at home, and perfect to enjoy whilst watching your favorite films!

    Stay healthy, stay safe, and try them tonight or else—no soup for you!!!!

    Ingredients:

    2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
    1.5 cup vegan sour cream
    1.5 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    2 cups vegetable broth
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 cup mint
    1/2 cup dill
    1/2 cup tarragon

    Combine all ingredients, save for the spices, in a large bowl and thoroughly mix. Once done, mix in the spices. Chill at least 1 hour.

    Enjoy!
