    Text link placement (hyperlink within article)         Permanent placement, $5 per hyperlink

    PRODUCTION GUIDELINES

    • Create file in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe InDesign.
    • File must be saved as extension TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PSD, or PDF.
    • Include all fonts, graphics, pictures/logos/scans if not sending camera-ready art (camera-ready preferred).
