Podcast Ep. 2 – ‘The Score’ and ‘Inside Man’

We record episode two of our podcast this week, analyzing two heist films: “The Score” and “Inside Man.” Mark Ziobro is once again joined by cohost Daniel Prinn. They compare and contrast the movies, talk about the performances, and break down their favorite scenes as well as some that fell flat.

Of particular interest in these two heist films that sets them apart from other, more violent pictures, is that the body count in both films is zero. And while one deals with a bank robbery (“Inside Man”), “The Score” is a throwback to old school cat burglary as the protagonists attempt to steal a priceless scepter. Both films have their highs and their lows, and entertain in their own unique ways.

Clive Owen and Denzel Washington (“Inside Man”) and Edward Norton and Robert De Niro (“The Score”) are very talented actors and set the tone for an interesting discussion.
