A staggering 35 years since the original “Blade Runner” was released, Harrison Ford makes a reappearance to the screen this October with “Blade Runner 2049” – a film set decades after the first film in which a new blade runner (Ryan Gosling) uncovers a long, buried secret. The film is also directed by Dennis Villeneuve, who helmed 2013’s excellent “Prisoners.”
Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Dave Bautista, Robin Wright, Jared Leto, Mark Arnold, Vilma Szésci, Anna de Armas, and Wood Harris.
Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years. – Written by Warner Bros. Pictures.
